Please join us for a morning of fitness and charity to aid the "South County Outreach" program.

"Burn the Fat, Feed the Hungry" is a 3-hour workout-a-thon that starts at 8:00am. It is $25/per person and 100% of the proceeds go to a local charity called "South County Outreach", a local food pantry that caters to South County residents in need.

Burn the Fat, Feed the Hungry will be held at JUMP-n-SHOUT this SATURDAY, February 13th at 8:00am, and is open to the public. Since it is an indoor event, it will be held rain or shine. The workout format is alternating 30-minutes of bootcamp-style workout, followed by five minute breaks. Of course, we encourage participants to take breaks (in the fly) as needed. Please join us for this fantastic event!
